Gaza: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) yesterday delivered new medical supplies and food items to the UN World Health Organization (WHO) and the UN Children's Fund (UNICEF) in support of the upcoming polio vaccination campaign set to launch Saturday across all areas of the Gaza Strip.

According to Saudi Press Agency, since the ceasefire took effect, medical aid convoys, backed by KSrelief, have continued to flow into Gaza as part of Saudi Arabia's efforts to strengthen the resilience of the healthcare system and address ongoing health challenges.

The Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage, KSrelief's implementing partner in Gaza, has in recent days facilitated the delivery of dozens of trucks loaded with essential medical supplies to hospitals and healthcare centers, ensuring that aid reaches the most vulnerable groups and enhancing the sector's capacity to manage emergency cases.

The assistance is part of Saudi Arabia's ongoing support for the Palestinian people, reaffirming the Kingdom's role in providing humanitarian aid to brotherly and friendly nations in times of crisis and hardship.
