KSrelief-Supported Prosthetics Center in Hadhramaut Serves 704 Beneficiaries in August

The project to operate the prosthetics and rehabilitation center in seiyun:he project to operate the Prosthetics and Rehabilitation Center in Seiyun, Hadhramaut Governorate, provided a range of medical services during August 2026 to 704 Yemeni beneficiaries who had lost limbs, with support from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief).

According to Saudi Press Agency, the project provided 2,221 services, with males accounting for 63% and females 37%, while internally displaced persons accounted for 15% and residents 85% of the total beneficiaries. The services included the manufacture, fitting, and rehabilitation of prosthetic limbs, physical therapy, and specialized consultations.

The initiative is an extension of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's humanitarian projects, represented by KSrelief, to strengthen the capacity of the health sector and help alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people.
