KSrelief Successfully Completes 690 Eye Surgeries in Aden Governorate

Aden: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has successfully concluded its Saudi Noor Volunteer Program, which provided specialized eye operations in Yemen's Aden Governorate. The campaign ran from September 7 to 14, 2025, and involved a dedicated team of six medical volunteers from various specialties.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the volunteer medical team performed a total of 690 successful surgeries. This included 50 retinal surgeries, 50 glaucoma surgeries, 30 orbital surgeries, 30 strabismus surgeries, 80 minor surgeries, 250 retinal injection surgeries, and 200 laser surgeries, all of which were completed with full success.

This initiative is part of the ongoing humanitarian and relief efforts implemented by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, to support the medical sector and assist low-income patients and those suffering from eye diseases in brotherly and friendly countries.
