Ghorband: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) distributed 120 food baskets on Sunday to returnees from neighboring countries, displaced persons, low-income families, and orphans in Ghorband District, the center of Parwan Province, Afghanistan.
According to Saudi Press Agency, a total of 720 individuals, representing 120 families, benefited from the distribution, which comes under the fifth Food Basket Project in Afghanistan, part of the Food Security and Emergency Program for 2026.
This initiative is an extension of the relief and humanitarian projects and programs implemented by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief. It aims to support the Afghan people and alleviate their suffering during the month of Ramadan.
