Riyadh: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) continues its healthcare support project for Syrian refugees and host communities in Lebanon's Akkar Region through the Beben Healthcare Center: In March, the center treated 2,098 patients and delivered 5,173 medical services across various departments, including clinics, pharmacy, laboratory, nursing, as well as community and mental health programs. Of the total beneficiaries, 36% were male and 64% female, with Syrian refugees representing 48% and host community residents making up 52%.
According to Saudi Press Agency, this initiative is part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's ongoing humanitarian efforts via KSrelief to support Syrian refugees and alleviate their suffering amid the continuing humanitarian crisis.
