Riyadh: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has successfully distributed 1,500 food baskets to the most vulnerable displaced families in Umm Ramtah, White Nile State. This initiative aims to support 10,935 individuals who are in urgent need of assistance.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the distribution is part of the Food Security Support Project in the Republic of Sudan for 2025. The project seeks to address the ongoing challenges faced by displaced communities, ensuring that they receive essential food supplies during these difficult times.
The aid operation is part of a larger framework of relief and humanitarian efforts by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, facilitated through KSrelief. The goal is to alleviate the suffering of the Sudanese people amid the ongoing humanitarian crisis and to enhance food security for those most affected.
