Dushanbe: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) launched the fifth Food Basket Distribution Project in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2026 in the capital Dushanbe. The launch ceremony saw the attendance of several officials and a team from KSrelief.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the project aims to distribute 7,060 food baskets containing essential items. Each basket weighs 69.5 kilograms and is set to benefit more than 35,300 individuals across several cities and regions.
The initiative is part of the humanitarian and relief efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through KSrelief, to enhance food security and assist vulnerable and affected groups in many brotherly and friendly countries worldwide.
