Damascus: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has successfully executed a volunteer medical project focused on ear, nose, and throat surgeries in Damascus, Syrian Arab Republic, running from December 5 to 12. The initiative brought together a team of 10 volunteers from distinct medical specialties to provide much-needed medical services.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during the campaign, KSrelief’s medical team conducted examinations on 194 individuals and performed 211 medical procedures. Among these, 83 operations were successfully completed, showcasing the team’s commitment to delivering care and alleviating medical burdens.
The project is part of a broader effort by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to extend its volunteer medical initiatives through KSrelief, aiming to aid the Syrian people and ease their ongoing hardships.
