Riyadh: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) on Monday granted Dirayah, an educational association, its initial approval certificate to operate outside Saudi Arabia.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Assistant Supervisor General for Financial and Administrative Affairs at KSrelief, Dr. Salah Al-Mazrou, presented the certificate to the Chairman of the association's Board of Directors, Dr. Abdullah Alrashoud.
The approval is aimed at enhancing the contribution of the non-profit sector in various fields. It seeks to promote distance learning, evening schools, literacy programs, and support adult education.
Additionally, the initiative supports the provision of training programs to aid the educational process, the development of educational environments, and the advancement of teaching Islamic sciences and Arabic in countries that require such support.
