Mukalla: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) distributed essential shelter aid to families in need in the Mukalla district of Yemen's Hadhramaut Governorate. This aid package included tents and shelter bags filled with kitchen utensils, mattresses, and blankets, aimed at alleviating the hardships faced by those affected by recent heavy rains and strong winds in the region. In total, 816 individuals from 136 families received support through this initiative, which is part of an emergency shelter project underway in Yemen.
According to Saudi Press Agency, this intervention is a component of the broader relief and humanitarian efforts undertaken by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through KSrelief. The initiative is designed to provide an urgent response to crises and natural disasters impacting Yemen, continuing the Kingdom's commitment to supporting the needs of vulnerable populations in crisis situations.
