Riyadh: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) distributed 800 food baskets to displaced families in Omdurman in Sudan's Khartoum State, benefiting 6,632 individuals.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the aid is part of the third phase of the 2025 Food Security Support Project in the Republic of Sudan. The project aims to distribute 30,000 food baskets to displaced individuals as part of the voluntary return program for returnees in various Sudanese states.
The program is part of the Kingdom's humanitarian and relief efforts, carried out through KSrelief, to alleviate the suffering of the Sudanese people amid the ongoing humanitarian crisis and to support food security.
