KSrelief Delivers Food Baskets to 311 Families in Afghanistan’s Khost

Khost: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) on Tuesday distributed food baskets to 311 families in Gurbuz District of Afghanistan's Khost Province.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the assistance benefited 1,866 individuals, including returnees from neighboring countries, internally displaced persons, underprivileged families, and orphans in Ghulam Khan.

The aid forms part of the 'Etaam 5' food basket project for 2026, which falls under the Food Security and Emergency Project in Afghanistan. The project is an extension of Saudi Arabia's ongoing humanitarian and relief initiatives carried out through KSrelief to support the Afghan people and alleviate their suffering during the holy month of Ramadan.
