New york city: Advisor at the Royal Court and Supervisor General of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah met today with World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus on the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York City. The meeting reviewed issues of mutual interest related to relief and humanitarian projects carried out jointly in the health sector, as well as ways to strengthen cooperation in delivering medical assistance to patients and the injured worldwide.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Ghebreyesus commended the Kingdom's efforts through KSrelief to improve the health conditions of the most vulnerable groups globally, underscoring the importance of the strategic partnership between the center and the WHO.
