Riyadh: Assistant Supervisor General of Operations and Programs at the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), Eng. Ahmed Al Baiz, met with Dr. Abdulhakim Elwaer, the Assistant Director-General and Regional Representative for the Near East and North Africa at the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), at KSrelief's headquarters in Riyadh.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting focused on discussing areas of mutual interest aimed at strengthening food security, nutrition, and early recovery efforts in needy countries around the world. Both sides expressed their commitment to enhancing cooperative efforts to address global humanitarian needs effectively.
Dr. Elwaer conveyed his admiration for the professional mechanisms adopted by KSrelief in executing its humanitarian and relief projects. He also praised the strong collaboration and coordination between KSrelief and FAO in supporting humanitarian initiatives, emphasizing the importance of their continued partnership.
