New york: Supervisor-General of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah met with European Union Commissioner for Equality, Preparedness and Crisis Management Hadja Lahbib on the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting focused on discussing cooperation in humanitarian and relief efforts. The officials deliberated on strategies to support countries affected by escalating crises, with the aim of strengthening the global humanitarian response and enhancing the coordination of international relief operations.
During the meeting, Hadja Lahbib praised the Kingdom's contributions through KSrelief. She highlighted the center's humanitarian, relief, and volunteer efforts, which have gained international acknowledgment for their role in alleviating suffering and promoting human solidarity across the globe.
