KSGAAL Highlights Key Achievements in March 2026 Media Report

Riyadh: The King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language (KSGAAL) presented its March 2026 media report, outlining its key achievements and initiatives in serving the Arabic language and strengthening its presence locally and internationally.

According to Saudi Press Agency, KSGAAL announced the preliminary acceptance results for submissions to its fifth annual international conference, themed "Arabic language and culture: intersections and dimensions." It also administered the "Hamza" test remotely to measure Arabic-language proficiency among non-native speakers, as part of its efforts to develop tools for assessing language skills.

KSGAAL also participated in the London Book Fair 2026 and continued developing the "Aswat Corpus" to document spoken Arabic in Saudi Arabia. It issued "standards for supporting the Arabic language in computational applications" and "guide for teachers of Arabic to non-native speakers" in several languages.

The report said these efforts are part of KSGAAL's strategy to empower the Arabic language and strengthen its presence in scientific, cultural and technological fields.
