Riyadh: The King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language (KSGAAL), in collaboration with the Roads General Authority (RGA), has launched the Road Terminology Dictionary in Arabic. The dictionary targets individuals interested in lexicons as well as those involved in road and land transportation across various sectors.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the dictionary includes over 400 specialized terms related to the road sector, providing a comprehensive reference for road-related terminology. It aims to facilitate scientific research by offering a reliable source for researchers, contributing to the advancement of studies and research related to roads and infrastructure. This aligns with the strategic goals of KSGAAL in lexicography and the objectives of the Road Sector Strategy.
KSGAAL, through its initiatives, programs, and linguistic projects, aims to preserve the identity of the Arabic language, support its correct pronunciation and writing, and facilitate its teaching and learning both within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and abroad.
