Riyadh: King Saud University will hold a meeting on Tuesday to discuss the scholarships and fellowships program available to students from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, with participation from representatives of GCC cultural offices and attach©s in the Kingdom.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting reflects the university’s commitment to supporting education and strengthening academic partnerships, while promoting cultural and scholarly cooperation between King Saud University and its counterparts in GCC countries. It will highlight the academic and logistical services offered through the program, present available opportunities for Gulf students, review admission and registration procedures, and explore ways to enhance joint academic initiatives.
The program demonstrates the Kingdom’s role in supporting Gulf integration and embodies Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to build a creative and qualified generation contributing to sustainable development locally and regionally.
Through the program, the university seeks to provide an attractive and comprehensive educational environment for Gulf students by offering full academic and administrative support.
The meeting is expected to discuss several future initiatives and projects that will support education and knowledge exchange between King Saud University and higher education institutions in the GCC countries.
