King Saud University theater team won the Best Group Theater Team Award in addition to the Best Actor Award for student Saud Al-Muqhim, and the Excellence in Performance Award for student Abdul-Ilah Al-Saikhan, in his theatrical performance "Hanana" at the Cairo International University Theater Festival, held from October 19 to 25 in Egypt where Gulf, Arab and international teams participated. The head of the awarded theater team, Mohammed Al-Shamrani, said the achievement came after an intensive period of preparation, workshops on theatrical skills, and various rehearsals under the direction of Ayed Al-Baqmi.
