King Salman Global Academy Signs MoU with GCC Secretariat to Serve Arabic Language

Riyadh: Vice Minister of Culture Hamed Fayez and Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Albudaiwi have signed a memorandum of understanding between the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language (KSGAAL) and the GCC General Secretariat's Centre for Translation, Arabisation, and Promotion of Arabic. This agreement marks a significant step towards collaborative efforts to promote and serve the Arabic language.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the MoU aims to coordinate efforts on scientific projects related to the Arabic language. It focuses on enhancing the language's status and developing its scientific, cultural, and intellectual content. The collaboration seeks to create a unified GCC reference framework to achieve shared objectives and serve the mandates of the involved entities.
