King Salman Arabic Language Academy Launches Legal Glossary

Riyadh: The King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language (KSGAAL) has launched a glossary of legal terms in collaboration with the Saudi Competitiveness and Business Center and in partnership with more than 30 government entities, coinciding with World Law Day. The specialized glossary contains more than 4,800 terms, documenting legal terminology used in statutes, regulations, and legislative documents.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the glossary aims to promote accuracy and consistency in legal and regulatory terminology, strengthen the presence of the Arabic language in legal and regulatory discourse, and enrich the specialized linguistic resources available in Saudi Arabia. It is intended for legal, administrative, and legislative specialists and researchers, as well as government entities, universities, and those interested in legislative and regulatory initiatives in the Kingdom.

KSGAAL continues to develop specialized dictionaries and enrich Arabic linguistic content, supporting the accurate and consistent use of the Arabic language across professional and specialized fields.
