The recognition comes according to the monthly report issued by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) as part of its comprehensive airport service quality assessment program. According to Saudi Press Agency, Dammam Airports Company continues to excel operationally, earning leading positions among the Kingdom's airports and reaffirming its commitment to delivering a seamless customer experience within a safe, innovative, and sustainable environment. The GACA applies 11 operational standards across key stages of the passenger journey to ensure a distinguished travel experience aligned with global best practices, aimed at enhancing service quality at airports throughout the Kingdom.
