King Abdulaziz University has won 39 medals in various categories and an international award at the iENA International Trade Fair for Ideas, Inventions, and New Products, held in Nuremberg, Germany, from October 26 to 28, 2024. The university's successful participation adds to its achievements in international exhibitions for inventions and innovations. A group of students presented ten inventions among 510 innovations from inventors across 31 countries, which were judged by specialists in various fields of innovation and invention. The submitted inventions included a smart medication box, a smart stoma bag, an emergency priority bracelet, a peripheral neuropathy detector, a smart window, a hyperactivity and attention deficit detector, and an innovative anti-fouling coating for marine industries.
