San Diego: President of King Abdulaziz University Dr. Tareef Alaama said Saudi Arabia's higher education sector has made significant strides and gained global recognition, crediting this advancement to the leadership's support and the strategic vision led by the Ministry of Education under Saudi Vision 2030.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during the university's participation in the NAFSA 2025 International Education Expo in San Diego, Alaama noted that Saudi universities, including King Abdulaziz University, have made major strides in education, research, and innovation. He highlighted the university's notable achievements in research and patents which support the knowledge economy, adding that the expo offers an opportunity to exchange expertise and promote the university's advanced academic programs.
He stressed that Saudi universities now offer academic programs aligned with global standards and operate in enriched environments featuring advanced laboratories and classrooms. He added that the Study in Saudi platform is a key initiative that has streamlined international student admissions and helped attract top talent from around the world.
