King Abdulaziz Public Library Showcases Cultural Projects and Publications at Beijing International Book Fair

Beijing: The King Abdulaziz Public Library is participating in the 32nd Beijing International Book Fair as part of the Kingdom's pavilion, organized under the supervision of the Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission. The fair is being held from June 17 to 21.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the participation is part of national efforts to strengthen Saudi Arabia's cultural presence internationally and showcase the Kingdom's intellectual and academic achievements to specialists and visitors interested in publishing, literature, and cultural industries. It also supports knowledge exchange and the establishment of international cultural partnerships in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

The library's pavilion has attracted significant interest from visitors eager to explore its collection of Arabic and translated scientific, cultural, and intellectual publications. The exhibits highlight the library's role in supporting Arab and Islamic culture and enriching intellectual content through its publishing, documentation, and translation programs.

The pavilion also showcases a range of the library's cultural projects, programs, and initiatives implemented both within the Kingdom and abroad. Visitors are introduced to the library's journey of more than three decades in promoting knowledge, supporting scientific research, and preserving cultural heritage.

In addition, the library is presenting its digital services and specialized projects related to manuscripts, historical documents, and specialized libraries, reflecting its commitment to preserving cultural heritage while embracing modern knowledge and information technologies.
