Riyadh: A new exhibition at King Abdulaziz Public Library opened yesterday, featuring items from the library's archives on King Abdulaziz Al Saud, the unifier of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, at the Riyadh branch in Al-Murabba District. It will run until October 23, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the exhibition is part of the library's celebrations for the Kingdom's 95th National Day on September 23. It includes photographs of King Abdulaziz's unification efforts and his diplomatic meetings from the 1930s and 1940s. It also showcases rare letters, postal stamps from his reign, and international newspapers documenting his political and economic decisions.
The opening highlights the library's commitment to preserving the founder's history, a commitment exemplified by a dedicated research hall and a specialized database.
