Posted on July 14, 2012 by Web Desk

Aden: The Khalifa bin Zayed Humanitarian Foundation continued food distribution in Yemen to alleviate the sufferings of the displaced Yemenis in Abyan and other regions in the Aden province.

The operations on ground comes in implementation of the directives of UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who has allocated AED 500 million for buying essential food supplies and distributing them among the Yemeni people to alleviate their sufferings.

Volunteers assigned by KBZHF distributed on Thursday more than 860 food parcels, which contained rice, wheat flour, sugar, edible oil and powdered milk for children.
