Jeddah: The Consulate General of the Republic of Kenya in Jeddah officially held its opening ceremony yesterday, attended by several accredited consuls. Kenyan Consul General in Jeddah Ambassador Aden Mohamud Mohamed delivered a speech expressing his appreciation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and praising the longstanding relations between the two countries.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the inauguration marks a significant step in enhancing diplomatic ties and fostering cooperation between Kenya and Saudi Arabia. The new headquarters is expected to facilitate consular services and provide support to Kenyans residing in the region.
Ambassador Aden Mohamud Mohamed highlighted the importance of the consulate in strengthening bilateral relations and underscored the mutual benefits of collaboration in various sectors.
