Kazakh Deputy Prime Minister Engages with IsDB Group Chairman

Astana: Kazakhstan's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Economy Serik Zhumangarin met on Wednesday with Chairman of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group Muhammad Al Jasser. During their meeting, they explored the expanding partnership between Kazakhstan and the IsDB Group, highlighting the IsDB's cumulative approvals which have surpassed $4.24 billion, including $2.5 billion approved since 2024.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions also focused on enhancing cooperation in priority sectors. Both parties emphasized the importance of high-quality implementation and aligning closely with Kazakhstan's national plans and systems. They also shared a commitment to achieving sustainable development impacts through their collaborative efforts.
