Riyadh: The Kingdom will host the ninth edition of the Arab and Regional Guarantee Programs Forum in Riyadh from November 3 to 5, organized by the Small and Medium Enterprises Loan Guarantee Program (Kafalah) under the theme 'Guarantee Bridges for Stronger Economies.' The event is held under the patronage of Minister of Education and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Small and Medium Enterprises Bank Yousef Al-Benyan.

According to Saudi Press Agency, this forum is one of the region's most significant gatherings focused on credit guarantees and financing for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). It will bring together decision-makers and executives from over 28 international organizations, 23 Arab and regional speakers, and more than 250 experts from the financial and economic sectors specializing in SME financing.

The event aims to enhance integration among guarantee programs across the Arab and regional landscape, exchange expertise, and develop financial systems to become more flexible, sustainable, and effective in supporting enterprises. The forum's agenda includes specialized panel discussions addressing financing policies, the future of guarantee institutions in the region and their global outlook, and the economic challenges that underscore the role of guarantee bodies in strengthening Arab and regional economies.

Sessions will also explore variations in corporate governance models of guarantee programs, the role of artificial intelligence in mitigating risks and accelerating operations, and sustainable financing in the environmental and agricultural sectors.
