Riyadh: The King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy (K.A.CARE) has signed a cooperation agreement with Qassim University to strengthen academic and scientific partnerships in the fields of consulting, development, and innovation related to modern technologies. This collaboration aims to advance the Kingdom's energy sector.
According to Saudi Press Agency, key elements of the agreement include fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, conducting specialized studies in atomic and renewable energy, supporting startups, and organizing training programs and workshops. It also involves establishing joint research laboratories to develop and test new technologies.
The agreement seeks to leverage the strengths of both sides to enhance research localization and innovation in emerging technologies. By facilitating data exchange and providing technical support for joint projects, it aims to contribute to the Kingdom's economic and social development, aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
