Riyadh: King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy (K.A.CARE) participated in the Third International Conference on Sustainability: Developments and Innovations (ICSDI 2026), held at Prince Sultan University in Riyadh under the theme 'Turning Vision into Reality.'
According to Saudi Press Agency, K.A.CARE Renewable Energy Technology Development and Innovation Sector Senior Vice President Hamad Mudij delivered a keynote address titled 'From Innovation to Impact: Advancing Renewable Energy Technologies in Saudi Arabia.' In his remarks, he highlighted the Kingdom's accelerated efforts to expand the adoption of renewable energy technologies, emphasizing research, development, and innovation as fundamental pillars for enabling the transition toward a sustainable and balanced energy mix.
Mudij underscored the importance of localizing technologies, enhancing efficiency and reliability within the energy ecosystem, and empowering national talent, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. He also showcased K.A.CARE's key initiatives in advancing renewable energy technologies.
