Riyadh: Commander of the Joint Forces Lieutenant General Fahd bin Hamad Al-Salman received here today the UN secretary-general's Special Envoy for Yemen Hans Grundberg. The meeting underscored the Kingdom's active role in supporting and enhancing humanitarian missions along with its dedication to the development and reconstruction of Yemen. According to Saudi Press Agency, both parties discussed the Kingdom's initiatives in facilitating humanitarian operations and its commitment to establishing a comprehensive and just peace for the Yemeni populace. Lieutenant General Al-Salman reiterated the Kingdom's political endeavors aimed at achieving a thorough resolution to the ongoing Yemeni crisis.
