Jeddah: Jeddah Municipality announced the readiness of its waterfronts, public facilities, and parks to welcome residents and visitors during Eid al-Adha. This comes after the completion of preparation, maintenance, and equipment works that covered various recreational and tourist sites in the governorate.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the municipality confirmed that the city's facilities are fully prepared and have been receiving increasing numbers of residents and visitors since the beginning of the holiday. This is part of a plan that accommodates Jeddah's nature as a tourist destination and a major transit station for the Guests of God after completing the Hajj rituals, whether for residence or to continue their journeys to other destinations inside and outside the Kingdom.
Field sectors and sub-municipalities continue their intensive efforts to provide the best services and enhance the readiness of sites that witness a wide turnout from various segments of society, ensuring a safe and enjoyable entertainment experience for all.
The municipality has intensified health inspections of commercial and food establishments to raise the level of compliance and improve the quality of services, in addition to continuing cleaning work in all sites, while enhancing coverage in the most crowded areas during the Eid days.
Jeddah Municipality called for reporting any observations or violations via the "Balady" app or through the unified center for complaints services 940, stressing its commitment to responding quickly and handling complaints to ensure the comfort and safety of visitors.
