Jeddah: The Jeddah Chamber recently hosted members of the Arab Investment Court, which operates under the Arab League's umbrella.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting was attended by Jeddah Chamber's First Vice Chairman, Eng. Raed Al Mudhaiheem, alongside several board members, representatives from the General Secretariat, the business sector, and legal professionals.
The discussions focused on the Arab Investment Court's role in safeguarding capital within Arab countries. Participants were introduced to the court's mechanisms for protecting investments from non-commercial risks and its distinct judicial system. The meeting also explored potential collaborations between the court and the private sector to enhance investment protection.
