Riyadh: Under the patronage of Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al-Hogail, the Jazan Municipality has entered into an investment contract with Alawaly Real Estate during the Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition in Riyadh. The agreement is set to facilitate the establishment of a water city in Jazan, spanning an area of 113,000 square meters with an investment value of SAR200 million.
According to Saudi Press Agency, this initiative is designed to boost tourism and investment in the Jazan region, aligning with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. The vision seeks to develop infrastructure and increase investment opportunities across various sectors in the Kingdom.
The water city will be strategically located on the Jazan waterfront and is considered one of the largest entertainment developments in Saudi Arabia. The project will feature a marine entertainment destination complete with water attractions, a marine museum, and supporting services. These facilities are intended to enhance the recreational experience for visitors, offering high-quality options and a unique tourist experience that reflects innovation and a commitment to improving the quality of life.
