Jazan: The Jazan Chamber organized a conference to promote investment opportunities in China, with the participation of more than 40 Saudi and 75 Chinese companies. The event was part of the chamber's economic delegation tour in China, aimed at building strategic partnerships and exploring new investment opportunities.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the conference received broad engagement from the business communities of both countries and witnessed the signing of several agreements and memoranda of understanding across key sectors. This made it one of the most prominent joint investment events held outside the Kingdom this year.
The Jazan Chamber noted that the conference served as a strategic platform to strengthen trade and investment cooperation between Saudi Arabia and China, while highlighting the incentives and opportunities available in the Jazan Region. Jazan is emerging as one of the leading investment destinations in southern Saudi Arabia, thanks to its economic potential and strategic location on the Red Sea, which links three continents and positions it as a pivotal global trade hub.
The sessions, held in Guangzhou, featured presentations on Jazan's promising sectors, including industry, real estate development, technology and artificial intelligence, energy, logistics services, mining, education, health, tourism, and economic and free zones. These discussions further reinforced the region's position as a global investment hub in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
