Guangdong: A delegation from the Jazan Chamber, currently visiting China, held a series of high-level industrial meetings in Guangdong Province as part of an investment program aimed at opening new industrial channels, attracting quality projects, and building strategic partnerships that support industrial transformation, strengthen supply chains, and generate investment opportunities with tangible impact on Jazan Region.
According to Saudi Press Agency, in Zhuzhen, the delegation visited Guangdong Aokete New Materials Technology (AKT), a company specializing in LED, photovoltaic, and energy storage systems technologies. Discussions focused on opportunities for industrial partnerships, localizing advanced technologies, and establishing production lines to serve the Saudi market. The initiative aims to reinforce Jazan's position as a pivotal industrial and investment hub in Asia, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to diversify the economy and attract high-value investments.
In a related development, the delegation visited the largest lighting commercial center in Guangdong and met with a number of manufacturers and suppliers. The meetings explored the latest innovations in lighting technologies and discussed opportunities for direct supply, commercial agencies, and joint manufacturing projects to serve the growing needs of the Saudi market and the private sector in Jazan Region.
