Jazan Authorities Arrest Resident for Illegally Transporting Border Security Law Violators

Jazan: Patrols of the General Administration of Mujahideen in Jazan Region arrested a Pakistani resident for transporting 10 Yemeni border security law violators. Legal measures were taken against all parties. The violators were referred to the competent authority, while the transporter was referred to the Public Prosecution.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the administration emphasized that facilitating the entry of border security law violators, transporting them, providing shelter, or offering any assistance carries penalties of up to 15 years in prison, a fine of up to SAR1 million, confiscation of the transport vehicle, and public naming.

The public is urged to report violations of residency, work, and border security regulations by calling (911) in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and Eastern regions, and (999) or (996) in all other regions. All reports will be treated with strict confidentiality.
