Riyadh: The 'Japan Festival,' organized by the Embassy of Japan in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the Cultural Palace in the Diplomatic Quarter in Riyadh over two days, concluded on Saturday.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the event was part of the celebrations marking the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Japan and was attended by members of the diplomatic corps and a gathering of cultural and art enthusiasts.
The festival's closing day featured several activities, including theatrical performances, comedy segments, a virtual reality art display, anime screenings, and traditional Japanese theater. The festival aimed to strengthen cultural and humanitarian ties between the two friendly countries.
The event witnessed a notable public turnout in a festive atmosphere that highlighted the diversity and creativity of Japanese culture.
