Riyadh: The International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) announced the establishment of the ITTF President's Advisory Commission, appointing President of the Saudi Table Tennis Federation Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Nasser as its chair. Prince Mohammed expressed his appreciation to the ITTF for the trust placed in him, affirming the commission's role in issuing strategic recommendations to the marketing team during a critical period of growing global interest in table tennis.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Prince Mohammed emphasized the need to fully harness the sport's potential through a data-driven strategy that boosts fan engagement, attracts partnerships, and strengthens the sport's international identity. He added that the new mission aims to unify global efforts through collaboration and innovation, with a focused approach to expanding the reach of table tennis.
ITTF President Petra S¶rling expressed her gratitude to Prince Mohammed for assuming the leadership role, noting that his contribution will support the federation's drive for the sustainable growth of table tennis worldwide.
