ITFC CEO Engages with Egyptian Minister on Energy and Trade Cooperation

Cairo: Chief Executive Officer of the International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation (ITFC) and member of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group Eng. Adeeb Al Aama met yesterday with Egypt’s Planning, Economic Development and International Cooperation Minister Dr. Rania Al-Mashat during his visit to Egypt. The meeting focused on prospects for cooperation in the fields of energy and food commodities, as well as investment development through the second phase of the Aid for Trade Initiative for Arab States (AfTIAS) program.



According to Saudi Press Agency, both sides emphasized the importance of supporting small and medium enterprises and empowering women in trade, in addition to the strategic partnership between the ITFC and Egypt and its role in advancing sustainable development and strengthening regional integration through the integrated trade solutions provided by the Islamic Development Bank Group.
