Israeli warplanes on Friday intensified their raids on villages and towns in southern Lebanon . Field sources said that an Israeli drone targeted a car in the Qasimiya area in the city of Tyre, while warplanes launched airstrikes on the towns of Bint Jbeil and Aita Al-Shaab. Meanwhile, Israeli phosphorous bombing targeted Mays Al-Jabal town, which resulted in a fire, while Israeli forces dropped a number of flares on some border areas of Lebanon, causing fires to break out in the mountains. Israeli artillery shelling also targeted the outskirts of the towns of Al-Dhuhra, Rmeish, Shebaa, Yarin, Aita Al-Shaab, and Kfar Shuba. One person was killed and another injured in an Israeli raid earlier Friday on southern Lebanon, which is being subjected to a new Israeli aggression coinciding with the war of extermination waged by the occupation army in the Gaza Strip for more than ten months, which has caused, according to unofficial statistics, the martyrdom of more than 40,000 Palestinians and the injury of more than 92,000 others, in addition to unprecedented destruction of infrastructure, residential buildings, service institutions, and others.
