Makkah: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, represented by the General Secretariat for Islamic Awareness in Hajj, Umrah, and Visitation, continues to implement religious awareness programs for visitors of Aisha Mosque in Al-Taneem through a range of digital and technological services supported by artificial intelligence (AI) in conjunction with the arrival of pilgrims coming to perform Hajj for 1447 AH, contributing to enhancing their spiritual experience and facilitating their journey from the moment of arrival.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the services include responding to pilgrims' religious inquiries about Hajj rituals through dedicated awareness booths, with the participation of the ministry's official preachers. These preachers are accompanied by translators who communicate in multiple international languages to ensure the message reaches pilgrims of various nationalities around the clock.
The initiative also involves distributing religious and guidance publications in various languages, installing electronic screens to broadcast awareness messages, and operating an AI-supported digital library. This digital library offers a range of books and guidance materials that can be easily downloaded via QR codes on smartphones, making it convenient for pilgrims to access information and resources.
