Islamic Affairs Ministry Inaugurates Final Rounds of Third Quran Memorization Competition in Nepal

Kathmandu: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance inaugurated the final rounds of the third annual Quran memorization competition for boys and girls in Kathmandu, Nepal.



According to Saudi Press Agency, the competition’s preliminary stage witnessed participation from over 800 contestants, with 189 qualifying for the three-day finals. This event is part of the ministry’s efforts to promote the values of the Holy Quran among youth and to support memorization and recitation programs within Muslim communities.
