Islamic Affairs Ministry in Makkah Implements Volunteer Opportunities to Prepare Mosques for Ramadan

Makkah: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance's branch in Makkah Region has implemented several volunteer opportunities to prepare mosques in the city for the upcoming holy month of Ramadan.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry reported that the initiative included 60 volunteer opportunities, engaging 405 male and female volunteers who contributed a total of 2,028 volunteer hours. The activities focused on organizational and service-related tasks to ensure mosques are ready to accommodate worshippers during Ramadan.

These initiatives are part of the ministry's efforts to encourage volunteer work and enhance community participation in mosque services, ensuring a conducive environment for worship and the performance of rituals.
