Madinah: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance's branch in Madinah Region is actively providing guidance and field services to pilgrims as part of a comprehensive operational plan for the Hajj season, implemented in the grand mosques, historical mosques, and the courtyards of the Prophet's Mosque, where a large influx of visitors gathers during their stay in Madinah.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the participating staff seek to facilitate the movement of worshippers in both the men's and women's sections, provide religious awareness and guidance in multiple languages, oversee essential mosque services, ensure a steady water supply, distribute copies of the Holy Quran, and maintain public facilities.

The goal of these efforts is to provide high-quality services that enhance the comfort of pilgrims, allowing them to perform their rituals with ease and tranquility.
