Mauritius: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance has implemented the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' programs to distribute dates and iftar meals in Mauritius and Ghana, reaffirming the Kingdom's commitment to supporting Muslims globally during Ramadan.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the two programs were carried out at the Saudi Embassy in Mauritius and attended by Saudi Ambassador to Mauritius Fayez Altemyat. A total of 5 tons of dates were distributed, benefiting over 20,000 individuals.
In Accra, Ghana, the ministry launched the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Program for Dates Distribution in the presence of Saudi Ambassador to Ghana Sultan bin Abdulrahman Al-Dakhil. A total of 5 tons of dates were distributed, benefiting 15,000 individuals, alongside 19,000 beneficiaries of the iftar meals initiative.
