Makkah: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance branch in Makkah Region conducted 89,496 supervisory visits of mosques during the year 1446 AH, as part of ongoing efforts to enhance mosque readiness and ensure quality services for worshippers.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the inspections covered maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment, air conditioning, sound systems, and restrooms, all aimed at upholding the highest safety standards. This endeavor reflects the ministry's commitment to monitoring mosque operations and improving service efficiency, aligning with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 objectives for caring for mosques and their visitors.
