Madinah: The Madinah branch of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance has concluded the distribution of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' gift of the Holy Quran to pilgrims departing through Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah. The initiative is part of the branch's field efforts to serve pilgrims during the departure phase of the Hajj season 1446 AH.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the gift included copies of the Holy Quran printed by the King Fahd Glorious Quran Printing Complex in various sizes and narrations, along with translated editions of the meanings of the Quran in several international languages. The distribution was carried out under the direct supervision of the ministry's field teams, operating around the clock and in coordination with government, security, and service authorities at the airport to ensure smooth and efficient delivery to all pilgrims.
Several pilgrims expressed their gratitude to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for this generous gesture, praising the organization and care they received from their arrival to their departure.
